Lilac City Early Learning Center is a licensed early learning provider offering full-day, year-round care and education for children from birth through age five in Spokane, Washington. Our programs and services may include, but are not limited to:
Infant care (0–12 months)
Toddler programs (1–3 years)
Preschool programs (3–4 years)
Early Head Start (birth–3 years)
ECEAP (Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program, 3–5 years)
Enrollment inquiries, waitlist management, and facility tours
Family communication, attendance, and billing services delivered through our online platforms
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any portion of our services at our discretion and without prior notice. Enrollment, tuition, subsidy eligibility, and program participation are governed by the separate enrollment agreement and program handbook provided to families at the time of registration, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
3. SMS Communications
If you provide your phone number and consent through our forms or other opt-in methods, you agree to receive SMS communications from Lilac City Early Learning Center.
These text messages may include:
Responses to inquiries, tour requests, or enrollment questions
Appointment and tour confirmations or reminders
Information regarding the programs and services we provide
Marketing or promotional updates related to Lilac City Early Learning Center
