Our ECEAP program, Washington State's Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program, provides free, high-quality preschool for eligible families with children ages 3-5. In partnership with Spokane Colleges and Akin, ECEAP students at Lilac City learn in the same relationship-based classrooms as every child, guided by Frog Street and Creative Curriculum because young children build real skills through play, not worksheets, and grounded in Conscious Discipline, so children build the confidence and self-regulation that support kindergarten readiness. ECEAP also includes comprehensive family support, health screenings, developmental assessments, and connections to community resources, so every child has what they need to thrive.
